Community Based Contact
Kidtropolis is able to provide Community Based Supervised Contact for families suitable to have supervised contact in a public setting.
Supervision takes place at pre-approved child-friendly locations which includes Outdoor Parks and Playgrounds, Local Shopping Malls, and free and paid Activity Centres.

Centre Based Contact
Auckland Central
Conveniently located off Upper Queen Street, with ample of off-street parking and close to public transport with a capacity to host over 8,500 sessions or approximately 600 families annually.
Currently operating on Thursdays (Afternoon/Evenings), Saturdays and Sundays only.

West Auckland
Located on Lincoln Road with ample of parking and easy access from Daytona Road with a capacity to host over 3,600 sessions or approximately 260 families annually.
Currently operating on Saturdays and Sundays only.

Virtual Contact
Virtual Contact is where the Contact Parent / Caregiver and the Child(ren) communicate via Video Call, rather than face-to-face. Virtual Contact is often used when families live some distance away from each other, to re-introduce contact or as a ‘catch up’ in-between face to face sessions. Zoom is the current platform that we use for virtual contact.

Changeovers
We facilitate the handover of the child(ren) from one Parent / Caregiver to another.
This is particularly a useful service where the Contact Parent / Caregiver moves to unsupervised contact and at the same time this ensures the parties do not have face-to-face contact with each other if so desired.
